1. A changeling is in between the natural and manmade. It understands nature has always been first.
Changelings recognize the power of nature. When given the choice between man-made or natural, they choose nature. However, they are not required to live seperate from man-made comforts, but only to live in a way that is benificial to the natural world. They try their best to use only their share of natural resources and to spend time apart from man-made comforts when possible.
Follow this guide by being outside often. Expose yourself to the elements if you so choose. Listen to the whispering of trees as much as the hum of human life.
